Liqueur Off

Liqueur Off is an annual competition for anyone looking to make their own liqueurs, the rules are simple:

  1. Pick some fruit – Sloes, raspberries, damsons – Anything you like as long as it’s local and hand-picked.
  2. Add alcohol, the most important ingredient – Vodka, brandy, whisky – Use your imagination! Make sure there’s plenty to go round.
  3. Include your own special touch – Sugar, spice, anything nice – Whatever it takes to make yours the best.
  4. Wait – You can leave it as long as you want, but it’s got to be ready for decision day in December!
